1. Course Content & Affiliations
CPRTEC.net courses follow national guidelines from ECSI®, ECC, ILCOR, and OSHA. AGDESMOND, LLC is an official ECSI provider. Our training reflects best practices but may not cover every possible emergency scenario.
2. Cognitive vs. Hands-On Training
Our online courses focus on cognitive (theoretical) instruction. While valuable, hands-on practice is essential for mastering CPR and First Aid skills.
💡 If you complete a digital course, you may apply 100% of that cost toward a hands-on certification session.
3. Industry Requirements
Some employers or licensing boards require in-person training. It’s your responsibility to confirm whether online-only certification meets your industry’s standards.
4. Employer Responsibility
Employers must inform staff of specific First Aid training requirements. CPRTEC.net provides educational content but does not set institutional policies.
5. Emergency Action Matters
Even imperfect CPR is better than no response. We encourage all learners to act quickly and confidently in emergencies.
6. Evolving Guidelines
Emergency care standards change frequently. While we update our courses regularly, learners should also consult ILCOR, ECSI, and OSHA for the latest recommendations.
7. Certification Cards
Hard-copy wallet cards are available upon request and typically arrive within 2–5 business days via USPS.
8. Disclaimer of Liability
We make no guarantees about the outcomes of CPR or First Aid performed after training. Course completion does not equal medical licensure or job qualification. Always verify acceptance with your employer or licensing board.
By enrolling in CPRTEC.net courses, you acknowledge and accept the scope and limitations of our training. For full terms, see our Terms of Service.
