Led by certified instructors, this interactive session blends expert guidance with hands-on practice using CPR manikins and AED simulators:
What You’ll Learn
- How to recognize and respond to cardiac and breathing emergencies
- Adult, child, and infant CPR techniques
- Proper use of an Automated External Defibrillator (AED)
- First Aid basics: bleeding control, burns, fractures, seizures, and more
- Emergency scene safety and activation of EMS
- Legal considerations: Good Samaritan laws and consent
